Our Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy:
We want happy customers so if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will happily accept returns of any product (that is not damaged) in its original packaging for full refund within 90 days from the date you received it.. All you have to do is click the link below and follow the return steps. All returns and exchanges are processed once the package has been received and checked by an employee.
We provide a guarantee you can feel safe with. We guarantee all of our products from manufacturer defects for up to 14 months We do quality control with every product we send out but if for any reason there’s any problem with your shades please contact us at Info@shredshades.com so that we may handle any questions and concerns you have about your product. Disclaimer: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched lens, accidental damage, loss or theft or misuse of the shred shades product. Which will be determined by a Shred Shades LLC.

We provide you with a prepaid label for all returns. For store credit or exchanges the label is provided free of charge and for returns a $3 shipping fee is taken from you refund total. The label will be emailed to you once you submit your return in the link above.
If you have either ordered the wrong product, wrong size or received an item that you are unhappy with for any reason, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. If a mistake was made on our end please don’t hesitate to reach out to Info@shredshades.com and we will resolve this issue as soon as possible and cover all return costs associated with the error.
